Cancellation Policy

If an athlete cancels a group or 1-1 session more than 24 hours in advance they will be refunded. If an athlete cancels a group or 1-1 session less than 24 hours prior to the session, they will not be refunded.

Booking Policy

An athlete can sign up for a session with zero participants at any time before 6 hours prior to the scheduled start time. If a session has participants, an athlete can sign up at any time before 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.

No Show Policy

If an athlete does not show for a session, they will not be refunded.

Large group cancellation policy

If a large group session has only 1 athlete registered 24 hrs prior to the scheduled start date, it will automatically be cancelled and the athlete will be fully refunded.

1-on-1

1-on-1 Sessions are private Sessions with you and a VIS Expert, or VIS Mentor. Sessions are 30, 45, 60min. Prices start at $35 a session.

Small group

Sessions are with 5 girls or less hosted by a VIS Expert, or VIS Mentor. Sessions are 45min. Prices are $12 a session with a monthly membership or $18 for non members.

Large Group

Sessions are with 6 girls or more hosted by a VIS Expert, or VIS Mentor. Sessions are 45min or 60 min. Prices start at $5 per person per session.

Team

Sessions are private group sessions for you and your team hosted by a VIS Expert, or VIS Mentor. Sessions are 45min or 60min.
