We create a safe space for girls and women in sport.

VIS Holdings Inc. is a Sports x Advocacy Company fueled by the voice of girls and women in sports.

VIS, or Voice in Sport, is a community that connects and inspires girls and women in sport ages 13-23 through a member-only platform providing access to original content fueled by the VIS Creators, an Advisory Podcast, a digital mentorship program fueled by the VIS Mentors, access to VIS Experts in Sport Psychology, Sports Nutrition, Sports Dietetics and Women's Health, and Advocacy Tools to drive change.

Our Founder

Sports Industry Executive Stef Strack has created 2 new Advocacy Platforms to accelerate progress in Women’s Sports. Her approach is to elevate and champion the voice of girls and women in sports, ultimately giving them the tools to create the future they want to see. After 15 years of advocating for women and building innovative businesses at Nike Inc. and as a CEO of Rag & Bone, she is bringing all of her passions together to create positive change for the next generation of women.

Foundation™

A public 501c3 Non Profit.

VISF™ will advocate for equality for girls and womein in sports at all levels and supercharge sports science and research on the female body. The Foundation will fund the gaps in public middle school, high school, and college athletic programs through grants, create engaging educational content and fund research on the female body during all of the critical developmental moments (e.g. puberty, breast development, college, etc).
