Self-Care in Season: A Softball Guide

Whether we’re at the field or in the classroom, softball season has players carrying extra stress and commitments. Luckily, there are some ways to stay focused for our teams and healthy for our minds. We talked to Former Collegiate Softball Player for Wichita State University and Current Player for Athletes Unlimited (AU), Sydney McKinney, about how she gets through the season, juggles responsibilities, and unplugs.
