We’ve all seen “What I Eat in a Day" videos come across our social media feed, and there’s a good chance we stopped scrolling to watch them. While influencers often preface their videos with disclaimers saying that they are “just for inspiration,” watching them can unintentionally lead to comparison and shame around one’s own eating habits.
